We know traveling to Wisconsin isn't the easiest. But we're hoping we can simplify the process for you with the information below. We're also here to help some of you who still need to hit all 50-states!

Airport Options
Green Bay is roughly 1 hr drive to Door County, WI. You can either rent a car, carpool with another guest, or book a shuttle from the drivers below. Say those 3 little words “Go Pack Go!” and take a Lambeau Leap into your weekend. There's legendary football, deep-fried dairy, and a cocktail that’ll make you question every Old Fashioned you’ve ever met. I heard Curly gives tours year round at Lambeau.
Nestled between “Wait, where are we?” and “Wow, this is actually cute,” Appleton is roughly 1 hr 30 min drive to Door County, WI. You can either rent a car, carpool with another guest, or book a shuttle from the personal drivers below.

Madison is very special to Danielle's heart as she's an alumni Badger at UW-Madison! This college-community has a lot to offer from football games at Camp Randall, farmers markets around the square, and drinks on the Memorial Terrace. If you choose to fly into Madison, it's roughly a 3 1/2 hour drive. This is also home for the Syse family.

Looking to explore Wisconsin? Milwaukee is a great option for our state fair, the worlds largest music festival, and our famous Pabst breweries. Milwaukee is roughly a 3 hr drive to Door County. Danielle interned here during her college summers!

Danielle spent 4 years post-college in Chicago. If you're looking for a new, smaller city to explore, Chicago is great. Grab a dirty water dog at a Cubs game in Wrigley, shop on the Mag Mile or check out the Shed Aquarium. Chicago is roughly a 4 hr drive to Door County, WI.

Getting Around Door County!
Getting around Door County is a little different than in larger cities, so we wanted to share a few recommendations to help make your weekend as easy as possible.
Door County Transportation (Door 2 Door)
For guests looking for a convenient and affordable way to travel throughout Door County, we recommend Door 2 Door (D2D), the county’s shared ride transportation service. Most of our recommended accommodations are located within the Pink Zone, which includes Baileys Harbor, Sister Bay, and many of the surrounding areas where our guests will be staying.
Service operates Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with one-way fares typically ranging from $5–$10 per person, depending on your destination.
Because the Pink Zone primarily operates by reservation, the service provider encourages riders to schedule their ride at least 24 hours in advance whenever possible.
To reserve a ride, guests can call (920) 746-6948 or (888) 337-9485, or visit the Door 2 Door website for additional information and online scheduling.
Uber & Lyft
While Uber and Lyft are available in Door County, service is limited and can be unpredictable. You may be able to find a ride to or from the airport or Green Bay, but once you’re in Door County, drivers can be difficult to find. We recommend planning ahead and not relying on rideshare services during your stay.
Sister Bay Shuttle
For Thursday, Friday, and Saturday evenings, we highly recommend taking advantage of the free Sister Bay Shuttle, which serves many of the area’s hotels, restaurants, bars, and attractions.
As many of our wedding festivities—including the Welcome Party and After Party—will take place in Sister Bay, this is one of the easiest ways to get around without worrying about parking or driving. Birchwood Lodge, where many of our guests will be staying, is conveniently located at Stop #15 on the shuttle route, making it especially easy to get to and from the weekend’s events.

• Thursday: 5:00 PM – 12:00 AM
• Friday: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM
• Saturday: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM
The shuttle runs approximately every 30 minutes and follows the route shown below.
